425 Montgomery Street (8/6/2025)

At 425 Montgomery, the construction continues to progress onschedule.  Our first apartments are planned to be completed by the end of 2026. In August, our excavation operation will be coming to an end, and our concrete work will be ramping up. We will be finishing up the concrete footings and continuing with slab-on-grade concrete and columns. We will start work on our first elevated concrete garage slab. We will continuewith waterproofing and placing of foundation walls. We will continue working on the exterior finish mockup construction. Montgomery Center Update (8/6/2025)

No additional information. No updates since June.

Tidelock (7/21/2025)

Exterior framing has been wrapped up and brick and metal panel installation continues at a steady pace. Interior framing and rough in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are nearing completion. The first few floors of the condo building are closed in with painting and cabinetry being installed. The rental building will follow, hitting the same milestone of mid-August.

The rental building will undergo work in the coming months with the framework and exterior being started first.  

808 North WashingtonSt (7/16/2025)

BAR approved a 5 story addition next to the restored 2 story McCauley House. It fails to meet the OTN SAP for height, and fails to meet the OHAD for height, materials, setbacks, and design style.

Mount Vernon Trail(7/15/2025

The trail will be widened along East Abingdon Street for the section north of Slaters Lane starting in July.

HRP – former PRGS site (Jul 2025)

HR’s latest design revisions for submittal to the city for a Development Special Use Permit was presented to the community on June 9 through zoom and to OTN Urban Design Committee on June 11. Other presentations were made in June to the Waterfront Commission and the Planning Commission, and to City Council on July 5. The building in Block A has been reduced to 1 story for arts use. Blocks B and C each have a condo tower and a rental toweron a full block of retail. Proposed heights are 172 ft for Blocks B and C, and160 ft. for future Blocks D and E. Demolition of the power plant is not expected until the end of 2026 or early 2027 at the earliest. Some site testing has been completed.
