Membership in NOTICe is open to those individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who who are interested in North Old Town, Alexandria.  Residency in Alexandria is NOT a prerequisite to membership. We offer individual and family memberships on a 1-year basis, 1 Nov - 31 Oct.  Each member will pay dues as established by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws. Proxy voting is allowed.  Proxies for Family Memberships extend to all family members 18 yrs or older residing permanently in the household.
